Return Policy:

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is to make you a satisfied customer. With every gemstone and jewelry item we offer a certificate of authenticity and limited warranty, so you can enjoy your moissanite with confidence. In the case that you are not satisfied with your item or simply would like to return it,

  • 7 days no reason to return normal cut loose gems after buyer received it, after you have initiated a return, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the refund process to be completed. this wait time will start on the first business day after your return has been received.

  • Non-Refundable Items.Customized gold jewelry and customized gems may not be refund, but can enjoy our Limited Manufacturer Warranty.

1.All returned items must be in their complete, unused and original condition, including in their original packaging, and accompanied by the warranty certification and proof of purchase. If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we will not process your return or exchange, and we do not guarantee that we will send the non-returnable/non-refundable product back to you.

Product Warranty:

Yadis Jewelry provides a Limited Warranty that applies to your purchase of Yadis Jewelry and moissanite gem(s). 

  • We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for one month. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise for free.

  • If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

Note:

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

All implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. The sole and exclusive remedy for any defect covered by this limited warranty is as follows for jewelry, during the first 1 months after the date of your purchase, and moissanite gems, during your lifetime, at its option, repair the jewelry and/or the moissanite gemstones, or replace.with jewelry quality,without charge to you,

you will be responsible for any cost of shipment of your jewelry/gems to YadisJewelry, and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss during shipment.
